Terms and Conditions
1. It is the passenger’s responsibility to read and understand the Terms, Booking
Conditions and Other information provided by the travel supplier, prior to rendering a final deposit. (Ask your
travel consultation for this information.)
2. Rose Alston Travel may assess a per person fee for changes or cancellations, after
the initial deposit is paid. This is in addition to any penalties charged by
the tour/cruise company. The minimum change or cancellation fee is $25.00 and cancellations
may be assessed as much as 10% of the base price of the trip.
3. As a measure of protection, you should strongly consider the purchase of insurance through
the tour vendor or another company. This should be discussed with your travel
consultant and if declined, the passenger is solely responsible for any losses, additional cost or penalties incurred.
4. Deposits and payments may be made by cash, check, money order, credit and debit card. Failure to pay funds by designated dates may result in cancellation of your booking
and/or additional charges. Deposit, payments and cancellation terms may differ
for individual and group reservations.
5. Rose Alston Travel, its employees and independent contractors are acting only as agents
and have no control over cruise lines, airlines, rail, tour companies or ground transporters.
Therefore, Rose Alston Travel, its employees and independent contractors are not responsible or liable for late arrival
of flights, buses, rail or other ground transportation, illness and injury; damage or loss of property, nor loss of cruise/tour time or other irregularities resulting from the aforementioned.
